We train you to identify when you are under too much stress and pressure. By developing mission specific routines and resilient self-regulation skills, these will help benefit your physical, mental, emotional, and behavioural recovery from high stress, overwhelming work demands, and early signs of burnout which will have positive effects on performance execution, long-term health and well-being.
DURATION FOUR NIGHTS

- Wednesday – arrival after lunch
- Individual health performance test and a behavioural physiology stress profile.
- Warm up with an easy active recovery session.
- Welcome to the ARA Retreat Camp
- Program objectives: to help meet your identified needs and master mission specific skills.
- Thursday – Friday daily program

- Guided active “Walk and Talk” recovery – mission specific outdoor sessions

Post program online and follow-up
Post-program training is an essential part in anchoring new skills and is critical in ensuring successful implementation of self-regulation techniques in challenging situations.
The post-program is really to make sure that you “walk the talk” and act as a role model for yourself and others by applying successfully multiple work-life-health solutions with optimal outcomes.
The post-program length is 3 months and ends with a 2 ½ days follow-up retreat

- This type of session with your instructors and interaction with peers ensures an immersive and interactive learning experience.
- 3 sessions total – each session is 90 minutes.

- 2 weeks ahead, a special session to prepare vital items before the follow-up retreat camp.
